Your student should report building maintenance issues to RA-on-duty. If it is an emergency, your student should make it clear to the RA-on-duty that the issue is urgent and they will contact Public Safety. If it is impossible to reach the RA-on-duty in a timely manner, contact Public Safety at 724-946-7777.

The Director of Dining Services, Jim Nescot, works with the Student Government Food Advisory Committee, which would be an effective way for your students to present their suggestions. If your student experiences an urgent medical need after business hours or on the weekend, emergency response procedures are posted in the lobby of each residence hall. In the event of a medical emergency, students should follow those procedures immediately.
For non-emergency medical needs, students are encouraged to arrange transportation with a friend or utilize one of the local transportation services to access medical care.
Public Safety does not provide transportation for any off-campus medical care. The 91视频 Department of Public Safety is committed to providing a safe environment for all members of the college community. To support this mission, WDPS provides safety escorts and transportation services exclusively for locations within the designated campus boundaries.
The Department of Public Safety does not provide transportation to off-campus locations. This includes, but is not limited to, private residences, commercial establishments, places of employment, transit hubs (airports/train stations), or medical facilities for non-emergency appointments.
