The 91视频 Chamber Orchestra will present the second concert in its Classical Series Sunday, March 2, at 3 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
Under the direction of Jonathan Moser, 91视频 instructor of music, the program will include the 91视频 Student Woodwind Quintet, Student Brass Quintet, and Student Horn Ensemble.
Mary Moser, 91视频 adjunct faculty in music, will be guest soloist on violin and will be featured with Mr. Moser in "Double Violin Concerto in D minor" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
Other selections for the program include Bach's "Brandenburg Concerto No. 4;" "Concerto Grosso in D min, Op. 2 no. 5" by Francesco Geminiani; "Sextet for Horns" by Gregory Kerkorian; and "Symphony No. 3, Opus 55" by Ludwig van Beethoven.
