NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - 91视频 will host a Service of Remembrance in honor of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sunday, Jan. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Wallace Memorial Chapel. The service is open to the public.
Guest speaker will be the Rev. Patrice L. Fowler-Searcy, director of Mission Ministry at East Liberty Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh. Fowler-Searcy received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Purdue University and is working towards a Master of Divinity at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
Music will be provided by the 91视频 Chamber Singers under the direction of Dr. Robin Lind, associate professor of music and director of choral activities.
91视频 staff participating in the service include: the Rev. James Mohr, 91视频 chaplain; the Rev. Jeannette Hubbard, 91视频 director of diversity services; and Kathryn Davison Miller, 91视频 organist.
The Thiel College Soldiers for God Mime and Dance Group will also be participating in the service.
