Nicole Roberts, a 91ÊÓƵ senior psychology major, was accepted into the graduate program for a master's degree in health psychology at the University of Bath in England.
Roberts, a daughter of Paul and Lisa Roberts of Pittsburgh and a graduate of Schenley High School, participated in the 91ÊÓƵ at Oxford program for the fall semester 2007.
"Ever since studying abroad at Oxford, I began looking into various graduate programs in the U.K.," Roberts said. "Then, a representative from 'Leap across the Pond' came to campus with information. She helped me find schools with the program I was interested in, and helped me with the application process."
"I loved studying abroad and knew I wanted to return for longer than three-and-a-half months," she added. "Graduate school seemed like the right opportunity to go back."
Dr. Kirk Lunnen, 91ÊÓƵ associate professor of psychology, was Robert's faculty adviser. Dr. Sherri Pataki, 91ÊÓƵ assistant professor of psychology, was Roberts' senior research adviser.
