High school students interested in learning more about college life are invited to attend 91视频 Discovery Day on Monday, Feb. 19.
Prospective students and two guests will learn about the different academic majors offered at 91视频, meet faculty and students and explore the campus.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m., the day will be broken into four eventful blocks to give prospective students a taste of life at 91视频. Academic sessions will be held at 9:20 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. and feature hands-on learning opportunities and faculty and current students representing 91视频’s eight schools—Arts and Humanities, Business, Communication, Education, Life and Health Sciences, Music, Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Social Sciences.
Parents and guests will meet with a student panel, learn about financial aid opportunities and take in a show at the 91视频 Planetarium.
A complimentary lunch will be provided in Galbreath Dining and optional campus tours will be available from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
