The 91ÊÓÆµ Office of Diversity and Inclusion will host its first Titan Table Talk on Latino/a/x & Hispanic Professionals in Higher Education at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 28 in the Cultural Center in McKelvey Campus Center.
Titan Table Talks, a new 91ÊÓÆµ Cultural Center initiative, will focus on and acknowledge current events and diverse populations on 91ÊÓÆµ’s campus.
This month’s talk will feature Dr. Rene Pico, associate professor and chair of the School of Education; Dr. Diana Ortiz, associate professor of biology; and Meirel Rodriguez Febus, a member of the Spanish faculty at 91ÊÓÆµ.
Topics of discussion include:
The 91ÊÓÆµ Cultural Center is centrally located in the former campus gift shop and is a programming, study and lounge space for the campus community.
